Virtual Texas Bridge Series

VIRTUAL RACE INFORMATION & RULES

Toughest 10K Kemah – Sunday, September 17. 2023
Toughest 10K Galveston – Sunday, October 18, 2023
La Porte By the Bay Half Marathon – Sunday, November 19, 2023

  • You must have registered for the race as Virtual, or contact us to request a change from Live to Virtual.
  • Shirt for the race is not guaranteed if you register after shirt cut-off date.
  • No personalized bib after bib cut-off date
  • You may run your Virtual race at any time after you register, and complete it up to a week after the live race date for that race
  • You may run your race on any safe running venue – track, neighborhood streets if safe, treadmill etc.
  • Athletes may transfer live registration to the virtual race before the actual race date. You must contact RAS to switch to Virtual up to 1 day before the race date.
  • Athletes may transfer from the virtual race to the live race up to 2 weeks before the actual race date.
  • There will be an in-person packet pick-up for each race. Virtual runners are expected to arrange to have their packet collected at in-person packet pick-up. Your medal may be added to your packet if you request that at time of collection.
  • If you prefer to have your packet and medal mailed, you will need to pay extra for shipping – contact RAS for details. Race packets including shirt, medal and bib that are requested to be mailed will go out about two weeks after the date of the race.
  • The Virtual Race Participant Verification form must be completed and submitted no later than 14 days after the event date. Results must be submitted to qualify for Legacy status.
  • When you submit your Verification form, you will be sent confirmation of form submission. You will not receive any other confirmation.
  • There are no refunds, bib transfers, or deferrals allowed for virtual race registrations.
  • Results submitted are only used for Series Finisher tracking and Legacy status. No awards such as age-group awards, etc. will be given based on virtual results submitted. Virtual results will not be posted.
  • Legacy status for the Texas Bridge Series will not be affected by Virtual/Live race status.
